Wendy’s Turkey Chili
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey
1 can (29 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (29 oz) kidney beans
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup diced green chilies
1 stalk celery, diced
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp cumin
3 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 cups water
Directions:
Brown turkey in skillet over medium heat. Combine all ingredients in large pot and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
