Ingredients:
1 lb turkey breast slices
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon peppercorns, cracked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 pears, sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
Directions:
Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium-high heat until oil sizzles, about 1 minute. Place turkey breast slices and garlic in skillet. Cook about 1-2 minutes on each side or until turkey breasts are lightly browned. Sprinkle with peppercorns and salt. Pour in apple juice and cream over slices. Add pears. Cover; cook 1-2 minutes longer or until pears are heated. Sprinkle with toasted pecans. If desired, serve on a bed of hot fluffy rice.
