6 slices white or whole wheat bread, cubed
1 lb. turkey sausage, cooked and drained
2-1/2 cups lowfat milk
_ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Coat 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Spread bread cubes and turkey sausage crumbles evening in bottom of pan. In large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and sausage mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight, if desired, or bake immediately, uncovered, in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
