Ingredients:
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 prepared focaccia bread
6 slices of turkey bacon
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves OR 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil
8 slices turkey deli meat
1 tomato sliced
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded Swiss cheese
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and mustard. Spread over focaccia bread. Cook turkey bacon in microwave for 4 to 6 minutes. Crumble. Top foaccia with Monterey Jack cheese, basil, turkey bacon, turkey deli slices and tomato. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Wash hands. Bake in preheated 450 F oven for 7 to 9 minutes or until toasted and cheese is melted. Cut wedges to serve
