Stir-Fry Turkey Tips

1 lb raw turkey breast meat, cubed
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 red bell pepper cut in strips or chunks
1 yellow bell pepper cut in strips or chunks
1 medium yellow onion cut in rings
6 green onions (with stems) cut diagonally
1 cup pea pods
10 large mushrooms, sliced
2 cups hot cooked rice


Sprinkle the seasoning salt on turkey breast meat. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok at medium heat. Add the turkey and stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Do not over cook! Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce and remove from wok. Add 1 tablespoon oil and heat. Add peppers, onions, pea pods and mushrooms. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in turkey and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce. Heat through and serve over the hot rice.
