8 cups chopped lettuce
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, finely chopped
1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup cooked turkey
DIVIDE lettuce evenly between 8 plates.
TOP each with “sections” of eggs, bacon, cheese, green peppers turkey and tomatoes.SERVE with your favorite salad dressing on the side.
