Orange-Cranberry Turkey Cutlets
Ingredients:
1 pound turkey breast cutlets
dash salt
dash pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
Directions:
Sprinkle turkey cutlets with salt and pepper. Brown in hot skillet with butter about 4 minutes per side, or just until inside is no longer pink. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until heated through. Serve sauce over hot cutlets.
