Lemon Pepper Turkey

Ingredients:

1/4 pound butter or margarine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon white or black pepper
2 pounds turkey cutlets

Directions:

Melt butter in large skillet. Add all ingredients (except turkey) in order given; bring to boil. Add turkey; bring to boil, but do not actually boil. Cover skillet; lower heat. Simmer 30 minutes or until turkey is tender. Remove turkey to platter. Serve with noodles or rice, over which remaining liquid has been poured.
