Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup olive oil
2 pounds turkey tenderloin, sliced into strips
Directions:
In medium bowl combine flour, breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, oregano, rosemary, pepper, garlic powder, salt and Parmesan cheese. In another medium bowl beat together eggs and milk. Cover two 15x 10x 1-inch baking pans with olive oil. Place pans in the oven until oil is hot. Dip turkey strips into egg mixture and then in the breadcrumb mixture. Place turkey strips carefully into the hot oil and bake in preheated 400 F oven until golden brown on bottom side. Turn over to brown other side. Total baking time is around 20 minutes.
