4 Pounds TURKEY CUTLETS cut into thin strips
2 Quarts onion, thinly sliced
1 Cup fresh parsley, chopped
1-1/2 Tablespoons lemon pepper
1-1/2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
1-1/2 Tablespoons fresh oregano, minced
1/2 Cup olive oil
5 12-inch diameter thin crust Italian bread shells
1-1/4 Quarts tomatoes, chopped
50 Each kalamata olives, pitted and slivered
1-1/2 Pounds Feta cheese, crumbled
1. Combine turkey strips, onion, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic and oregano.
2. Sauté mixture in oil over medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Place pizza shell on baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
4. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated throughout and cheese slightly melted.
