Ingredients:
4-5 cups cooked Norbest Turkey Breast, cut in chunks
2 teaspoons grated onions
1 cup celery, cut on angle
1 cup green pepper, minced
2 cups seedless grapes
1/2 cup almonds, whole, toasted
1/4 cup light cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 kiwi sliced
Directions:
Combine Norbest turkey, onion, celery, pepper. Mix cream with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, vinegar. Toss with turkey, grapes and almonds. Refrigerate till served. Arrange salad on salad greens, garnish with sliced kiwi fruit.
