Cheesy Turkey Lasagna

1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and patted dry
3 cups cooked turkey white meat, chopped
4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon dried Rosemary
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions


Preheat oven to 350°F. Saute onions in small frying pan until lightly browned. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except noodles, and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. In another bowl mix the cheeses together. Place 3 of the noodles on the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the turkey mixture over the top, followed by 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat the process two more times, ending with cheese on the top. Bake on center rack in the oven for 25-35 minutes until the lasagna is thick and bubbly.
