Ingredients:
1 pound turkey breast, cut into strips
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
8 slices green bell pepper
8 slices red bell pepper
4 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, sliced
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces linguine, cooked according to package directions
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Directions:
In medium bowl or plastic bag toss turkey strips with Cajun seasoning to coat.
In large skillet over medium heat melt butter. Add turkey. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Add peppers, mushrooms and onions. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat. Add basil, black pepper, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder and cream. Heat through. Add linguine and toss. Cook until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
