1/4 cup nonfat cream cheese
1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts, toasted
8 slices whole wheat bread
4 curly leaf lettuce leaves
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey breast
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each of 4 slices of bread. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 ounces turkey, and remaining bread slices.
